Title: 1st Line Support Engineer
Type: Permanent
Salary: £20,000 to 24,000pa
Location: Orpington Kent
Details: We are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer You will be working as part of the support desk team and your primary role will be to take support calls from a variety of clients, and completing call backs. This includes liaising with clients to resolve support queries to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and supporting other members of the team. The ideal candidate for this role will be a confident individual, who has a keen interest in learning and enthusiasm to progress, as well as good level of technical knowledge. Initiative to fault find, team working skills, along with a good phone manner and the ability to deal with customers face to face is key to the role. Prior experience within the industry is necessary to the role. A driving license and access to a car is preferable, but not necessary. Knowledge of IT, cloud solutions and Managed Service Provider background would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and computer literacy is a must. Technical Requirements CompTIA N+ or equivalent Experience Preferable Exposure to Cloud Services – including Office 365, SharePoint and Azure AD Experience specifying/configuring/troubleshooting user and customer issues in a changing Windows Desktop and Server environment. An understanding of MAC OS and support issues Understanding of basic Server OS and application installations and technical support technologies (e.g. Server (phone number removed) OS’s, Exchange, Server Shares, Active Directory, Printer Shares)

Details: We are currently recruiting for a Housing Inclusion Officer To ensure that people applying to the Council for assistance in resolving a housing problem receive advice about the housing options available to them and support to access housing and other services that they need. To deal with an outstanding caseload as well as new allocated cases in a robust and timely manner under the relevant housing and homelessness legislation, policies and procedures. To maximise the number of positive homelessness prevention and relief outcomes and minimise the use of temporary accommodation. To carry out needs, risks and support assessments, develop Personalised Housing Plans and issue robust notification/s.184 decision letters in accordance with legislation, Council policies and procedures. DBS is require for this position, must be enhanced and on the update service.

Details: We are currently looking to recruit experienced Lettings Negotiators for our Blackheath Branches. The role of Lettings Negotiator is exciting and rewarding. You will be involved in qualifying prospective tenants, identifying their property needs and helping them to find the right rental property. You will be responsible for conducting viewing appointments with prospective tenants and working with your landlords to provide the right marketing support and advice through negotiating a tenancy, and assisting the progress through to move in day. The highest levels of customer service must be delivered at all times and you will also be expected to generate business referrals to other divisions of The Group. Details: Project Manager required, based in South East London. Estimates – discussing with clients for what is required & providing an estimate. Sourcing prices for poles, tracks, fabrics etc Providing estimates for projects already visited (Some estimates will need revising). Managing a project – contacting a customer once a deposit is paid, making sure customer know what has been estimated for. Arranging a check measure & fitting date. Put together a project file. Order fabric samples, ordering any hardware, fabrics etc. Discuss with Fitter anything that must be made by them Complete making worksheets, . Keep an eye on orders to make sure they all arrive on time. Make sure everything is made on time. Check measurements before being fitted. Make sure Diary appointment is correct before fitting date. Accounts – check banking spreadsheet daily for any new transactions Deposit – update Swish, raise deposit invoice, add to active book. (This now becomes a project to manage) Final invoice – once fitting Is complete, check all ok with customer. Raise final invoice, update Swish & active book, send to customer. Final payment – once payment received, update swish & active book. Operations / Diary – check with PMs that their diary entries are all ok Make sure all entries have contact numbers & Project Numbers
